1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our Website, communicate with us, submit an inquiry or application, interact with our publications, subscribe to communications, participate in a campaign or otherwise provide personal information to Omni Vantage Media.
It does not govern third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information including your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, professional role, country or location, website, social-media profiles, business inquiry information, creator or contributor information, advertising information, correspondence, application information and other information you voluntarily provide.
If commercial services are involved, we may also process billing, invoicing and transaction-related information.
When you visit the Website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser, device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages visited, interaction data, timestamps, cookie identifiers and security information.
We may also receive information from business partners, advertisers, publishers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, publicly available sources and other third parties where legally permitted.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to operate and secure our Website; respond to inquiries; communicate with users, contributors, advertisers and partners; evaluate applications; manage advertising and media relationships; prepare proposals and contracts; deliver services; administer publications; conduct editorial research; verify information; maintain business records; analyze Website performance; prevent fraud and cybersecurity threats; enforce agreements; comply with applicable law; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We may also use contact information for marketing where permitted by applicable law.
Where consent is legally required, we will request that consent before carrying out the relevant processing.
4. Editorial and Journalistic Activities
Because Omni Vantage Media operates digital publications, we may collect and process information for journalism, reporting, interviews, profiles, commentary and other editorial activities.
Information used for editorial purposes may originate from interviews, press releases, publicly available records, corporate websites, social media, published reports, events, representatives and other legitimate sources.
Privacy rights relating to editorial material may be subject to applicable freedom-of-expression, journalism, public-interest and other legal protections.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used for essential Website operation, security, fraud prevention, analytics, preference storage, audience measurement, embedded content, advertising measurement and other Website functionality.
Some technologies may be operated by third-party analytics, advertising, social-media, hosting, security or content-delivery providers.
Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential cookies are placed, we intend to provide an appropriate cookie-consent mechanism.
You may also control many cookies through your browser settings.
6. Analytics and Advertising Technology
We may use third-party services to understand Website traffic, measure content performance and evaluate advertising effectiveness.
Depending on the technology used, these providers may receive identifiers, device information, IP addresses, browsing activity and interaction information.
Certain advertising technologies can be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged for the personal information.
Where such laws apply to TDG Scaling Group Limited and the relevant processing, we will provide legally required opt-out mechanisms.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers performing functions on our behalf, including hosting, cybersecurity, analytics, email, communications, content management, customer relationship management, payment processing, accounting, advertising technology, cloud storage and professional services.
Information may also be disclosed to publications, advertisers, agencies, creators, contributors and commercial partners where reasonably necessary to perform an agreed service.
We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers and other professional advisers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process or government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, systems or property.
If TDG Scaling Group Limited undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale or similar corporate transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
TDG Scaling Group Limited does not consider ordinary disclosures to service providers processing information on our behalf to constitute a sale of personal information.
However, certain third-party advertising or analytics technologies may qualify as “selling” or “sharing” under particular privacy laws depending on their configuration and use.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of such activity, you may exercise that right through any privacy or cookie controls made available on the Website or by contacting [email protected].
We will not knowingly sell personal information belonging to children in violation of applicable law.
9. Marketing Communications
Where permitted, we may use your contact information to send relevant business communications, publication updates, invitations or marketing.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time by using an unsubscribe link where provided or emailing [email protected].
We may retain limited information on a suppression list so that we can honor your request not to receive further promotional emails.
10. International Data Transfers
TDG Scaling Group Limited operates internationally and maintains offices in the United States and Hong Kong.
Your personal information may therefore be stored or processed in the United States, Hong Kong or other countries in which our service providers or business partners operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws vary between jurisdictions.
Where legally required, we will use reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures designed to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No online system or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
The FTC emphasizes that companies should accurately describe their privacy and security practices and live up to the commitments made in their privacy policies.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required for legitimate business, legal, accounting, security, contractual or editorial purposes.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and reason for processing.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize or securely archive it.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you reside and which law applies, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
These can include rights to request access, correction or deletion; request information regarding our processing; obtain a portable copy of certain information; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales or sharing; withdraw consent; or appeal certain privacy decisions.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a privacy request, email:

Use the subject line “Privacy Request.”
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
14. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), applies to TDG Scaling Group Limited and your personal information, you may have additional rights.
These may include the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the sources from which information was obtained, purposes for collection and use, categories of third parties receiving information, and certain rights to delete or correct information.
You may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
The CCPA applies only when statutory criteria are satisfied; for example, California's inflation-adjusted annual gross revenue threshold became $26.625 million effective January 1, 2025, alongside other alternative statutory criteria.
Requests may be submitted to:
[email protected]
If our Website engages in activity legally considered a sale or sharing and the CCPA requires an online opt-out, an appropriate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism should also be displayed on the Website.
15. Residents of Other U.S. States
Residents of certain other U.S. states may have privacy rights under their respective state privacy laws.
Where such legislation applies to TDG Scaling Group Limited, we will process verified requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
A user may contact [email protected] to exercise a legally applicable privacy right.
16. Hong Kong Privacy Rights
Because TDG Scaling Group Limited maintains an office in Hong Kong, activities carried out through that operation may be subject to Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) where applicable.
The PDPO is administered by Hong Kong's Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
Where the PDPO applies, individuals may have rights concerning access to and correction of personal data, subject to the Ordinance and applicable exceptions. Hong Kong's PCPD also provides specific rules concerning use of personal data for direct marketing.
Requests relating to personal data processed by us may be sent to:
[email protected]
17. European and United Kingdom Visitors
If applicable European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection laws apply to our processing of your information, you may have additional rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.
Where required, we will identify and rely on an appropriate lawful basis for processing and implement legally required safeguards for international transfers.
18. Children's Privacy
Omni Vantage Media is a general-audience and business-oriented media Website and is not designed primarily for young children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances prohibited by applicable children's privacy law.
If you believe a child has provided information to us contrary to applicable law, contact [email protected].
19. Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links or embedded content from third parties.
Third-party websites and services operate under their own privacy practices.
TDG Scaling Group Limited is not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated third parties, and you should review the relevant third party's policy before providing information.
20. Data Breaches
If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will assess the incident and take steps reasonably appropriate to address it.
Where applicable law requires notice to affected individuals, regulators or other authorities, we will provide such notifications in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, services, technology, privacy practices or applicable law.
Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Important before you publish
These versions are now much closer to your actual structure: Wyoming entity → Wyoming governing law → Natrona County venue → California office → Hong Kong office.
I intentionally did not state that Omni Vantage Media definitely uses Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads or similar platforms because a privacy policy should describe what the website actually does. The FTC specifically warns businesses to make sure the promises in their privacy policies match their actual practices.
I would also change the footer of omnivantagemedia.com to something like “Omni Vantage Media is operated by TDG Scaling Group Limited.” That helps make the relationship between the brand and the legal entity clear.
These are strong website-policy drafts, but because you operate across Wyoming, California and Hong Kong, having U.S. counsel review the final versions before treating them as definitive legal documents would be sensible.
